Cologne, 27.09.2022. NX Technologies has been optimizing all process steps related to payments in the automotive trade since 2018 with its digital payment management platform bezahl.de. With the new product extension, payments from major customers can also be managed via bezahl.de. In the current pilot phase, selected development partners can already use the new service. Subsequently, all users will be able to benefit from the optimized processes of the bezahl.de software.

High market demand for an integrated solution for large and commercial customers
The team of now around 95 payment experts is constantly working on product enhancements. In particular, the wishes and suggestions of the cooperation partners are taken into account. In response to high demand, large customers will also have the option of processing transactions via the digital payment management platform starting in the fourth quarter of 2022. Once an individual customer account has been assigned, payment receivables are automatically linked to the corresponding account, where all incoming payments are recorded and offset against outstanding invoice amounts.
"In the context of our car auctions, we can use the bezahl.de customer account to process the payment transactions of our major customers easily and efficiently via a workflow. This brings us and our key accounts great added value,'' says Daniel Müller, project manager at Autohaus Siebrecht GmbH.
Customer account creates real-time transparency on payment status of all receivables
Customers pay via a fixed IBAN, so that all payments are automatically assigned and credited to the respective customer account. Thanks to a real-time status display, the total amount of invoices that have already been paid and those that are still outstanding can be viewed in the customer account at any time. The new function integrates seamlessly into existing dealer management systems, and all the information it contains is automatically transferred to relevant systems via API and export.
