bezahl.de expands its offer within the car dealership and enables a new way of payment in the service business: Thanks to the newly developed bezahl.de Smartkasse, workshop bills can be paid independently, cashlessly and without personnel expenses at self-service checkouts. The result is shorter waiting times and a faster pick-up process for the customer, as well as less effort and paper for the service and checkout staff. Thanks to the modern and slim design, the smart cash register also blends in well with the ambience of any car dealership.
Maximum customer satisfaction through minimal waiting times
In addition to paying with their own smartphone, customers of car workshops can now complete their payment with just a few clicks in the car dealership without a smartphone. After entering the invoice number at bezahl.de Smartkasse, you can simply pay by credit or debit card or PayPal. After explaining the bill, you do not have to queue again at the information desk and, if in doubt, pay in cash. A previously sent payment invitation makes it possible to replace the on-site payment process managed by employees. At the same time, the payment is assigned to the respective invoice fully automatically, so that the cash register closing including booking is greatly simplified.
Several innovative retail groups have already introduced the bezahl.de Smartkasse as part of a development partnership, one of which is Autoschmitt in Frankfurt and Idstein. With great success: customers and employees appreciate the new and innovative process.
Autoschmitt takes off
The bezahl.de partner Autoschmitt is the first VW partner to go fully digital with the new bezahl.de smart checkout. In close cooperation with Steffen Wünsch, Managing Director of Autoschmitt Idstein, the connection to the service was implemented in partnership and on the pay.de side under the leadership of Elena Trapp and Christian Gumbert. Due to the good cooperation, the bezahl.de Smartkasse could be integrated as quickly as possible within a pilot project. The customer is therefore also offered the most digital payment process on the market on site. "Customers and employees are enthusiastic about the bezahl.de Smartkasse and are happy about the fast processing, especially at peak times," says Managing Director Mark Karpinski about the bezahl.de service.
