Thumbs up - this is the balance after five months of digital payment management with bezahl.de at the car dealerships of Hans Brandenburg GmbH. Further steps in the digital payment processes are already being considered: The plan is to expand the use of bezahl.de to include stationary business with end customers as quickly as possible in addition to B2B business.


The BMW dealer Hans Brandenburg has been a BMW, MINI, BMWi, BMW M and KIA dealer at four locations since 1969. A traditional success story that received an exciting and forward-looking expansion in the summer of 2019. The merchant no longer has to wait for confirmation from accounting that the money has been received - thanks to bezahl.de there is a live payment status that enables 100% transparency in real time about all payments for sales, accounting and management at the same time. A significant reduction in manual work in accounting could also be achieved with bezahl.de, since the software solution uses a new technology to make 0 errors in the assignment of payments to the respective sales - everything is automated, everything in real time and easy for everyone involved accessible.


Expansion to end customer business is just beginning

Due to the positive experience in commercial sales, Managing Director Ralf Brandenburg is now planning to expand the payment management platform bezahl.de to stationary sales to end customers. Bezahl.de is also a real main win for car dealerships in the end customer business, after all, maximum customer satisfaction is very important for top brands such as BMW. Of course, it helps a lot if the car buyer can pay for his car at bezahl.de in advance, conveniently and without registering via smartphone in addition to the classic transfer and, regardless of the payment method, receives an automated payment confirmation without calling the sales advisor.
