As part of a cooperation, bezahl.de, the platform for digital payment processes and the software for vehicle management easy-car-sales have combined their two technologies. The result is an interface that allows car dealers to organize the entire sales process centrally in one place - from purchasing the vehicle to receiving payment from the customer.

Since May 2020, users of easy-car-sales can activate bezahl.de as a plugin with just a few mouse clicks.
bezahl.de thus supplements a software that was already characterized by its view of the big picture even before the cooperation: it maps the entire sales process, including the directly associated processes in the back office, in one workflow. With simple, fast and efficient operation, easy-car-sales supports dealers in holistic vehicle management - from comprehensive inventory overviews to dynamic reports and evaluations.
With the integration of bezahl.de, car dealers now also benefit from fully digital payment management. In this way, they can send payment invitations with a mouse click and offer their customers various payment options and transparent payment processing. A big plus of the fully digital solution is that it optimizes accounting through the fully automatic assignment of incoming payments to open items. A live payment status informs buyers and sellers about the status of the payment process at all times.

After selling a vehicle, dealers fill out a short billing form in easy-car-sales.

bezahl.de then sends an automated payment invitation by E-Mail.
The buyer selects a payment option and can follow the payment status live.
While the interface primarily offers the retailer process optimization and thus saves time and money, the customer is particularly pleased with the simple status query and the handling and transparency of payment processing.
