NX Technologies GmbH celebrates its 3-year company anniversary: a success story with a future

This year, NX Technologies GmbH (NXT) celebrates its 3-year company anniversary. The startup has become more professional in recent years and has developed into an important, exemplary FinTech company that is considered one of the leading providers of payment solutions for large sums. Growth and internationalization impressively document the success of NXT. With bezahl.de, the Cologne startup offers the most modern payment process on the market - a success story "Made in Germany, Made in Cologne".

The FinTech startup founded in 2018 started with a team of eight and has grown significantly since then. Due to the great demand for a B2B solution, the first payment management platform for car dealers was created: bezahl.de. Every third of the top 100 retail groups in Germany already trusts bezahl.de and thus benefits from the most efficient payment management on the market.

Processes are continuously optimized through product enhancements. With the introduction of the smartkasse last year, payment in the service business has also been significantly simplified. Since then, workshop invoices can also be paid independently, cashless and without personnel expenses in addition to the smartphone at self-service checkouts. In response to market demand, the Cologne-based FinTech startup has also developed a new, additional function for the intelligent payment platform bezahl.de, which makes it much easier for car dealerships to comply with their money laundering due diligence obligations.

Bezahl.de is now the leading system in the German automotive market due to its willingness to innovate. In addition, the first vertical from the healthcare industry and one of the leading car dealership groups from Austria were won. The team is striving to further advance internationalization and to open bezahl.de to other markets.

In addition to the rapid development of the product, the team around the two founders and managing directors Lasse Diener and Ulrich Schmidt is constantly growing. In 2020, the startup has grown threefold and now has over 45 employees. In addition, NX Technologies GmbH has been recognized as a training company to secure the next generation of skilled workers and has already been able to recruit two highly motivated trainees. With the growth, many areas of the company have developed and new ones have been added.
