Europemobile launches turbo payment processing with bezahl.de


Europemobile has been active in wholesale and foreign trade in new vehicles since 2000 and sells 25 different brands under one roof. The beginnings were written in a converted gas station with a handful of employees, but within 10 years rapid growth and a continuous expansion of the sales channels took place. As an impressive result, Europemobile built its own impressive car dealership with complete glazing in Saaldorf-Surheim in 2010. The company is now one of the leading car dealers in Germany and is considered one of the most successful in the German EU vehicle trade. From Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW to Dacia, Fiat, Honda, to Mazda, Kia, Peugeot, Seat, Skoda and Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo, you can basically find all car brands that today's drivers know and own.


The innovative company's recipe for success: As an EU new car dealer, import cheap new cars from EU countries. In addition, there are also new German cars and high-quality German annual cars for sale. “We stand for flexibility and customer benefits throughout Europe. We don't see ourselves purely as a car dealer, but also as a service provider," summarizes Florian Abfalter, Sales Manager at Europemobile.



Searched for faster payment processing and found it

In 2019, Florian Abfalter, Sales Manager at Europemobile, was primarily looking for a simplified alternative to escrow services and bank guarantees for car purchases and the transfer of large sums. The focus was on a completely digital solution. The usual internet search revealed: only bezahl.de could offer him what he had in mind. "I couldn't find any other provider that is tailored to the special conditions of the automotive trade," says Florian Abfalter, explaining his choice of bezahl.de. The all-in-one solution was developed from the start in close cooperation with selected and leading car dealer groups. It took exactly two days from the first contact to the decision that Europemobile would introduce the new digital all-in-one solution bezahl.de. It was April 16, 2019, when Florian Abfalter received an email invitation for a phone call. Sender: bezahl.de, the digital payment management platform for car dealers, developed by NX Technologies from Cologne. After a phone call of less than 30 minutes, everything was clear. "I knew immediately that we had to do it," Florian Abfalter recalls the quick decision. A day later he had signed the cooperation agreement with bezahl.de - and an internal revolution in the car dealership began. After the introduction of bezahl.de, the processes related to payment management should no longer be the same as before.

The entire process from the payment request to processing and posting was completed successfully via bezahl.de just one month after the start of the cooperation. Florian Abfalter is enthusiastic about the quick processing of the full integration and the simple handling of the system: "Everyone was pleasantly surprised by the system and accepted it very, very well!" He also attributes this to the fact that his car dealership already has the right mindset, the right attitude towards digitization prevailed. An exciting finding for the makers of bezahl.de is that Europemobile's customers are very open with the integrated real-time payment option and are happy to use the click payment option when buying a car.


Already in the first month after the introduction, 80% of the payments were processed fully digitally. This shows: bezahl.de makes things easy for car dealers and not only for car dealers thanks to effortless integration. Thanks to the most modern payment process on the market, car buyers also benefit from an absolute simplification of payment processing. Last but not least, Europemobile feels this in the lack of reaction from customers. "Previously, there were clear, critical statements from customers about payment processing and doubts about our system - we haven't heard anything about it since bezahl.de, that's real praise!" says Florian Abfalter. Since the launch of bezahl.de, customers now receive a payment link via their preferred communication channel when buying a car. With one click, either a classic transfer in advance or payment by smartphone upon delivery or from the comfort of the sofa can be selected - and all without any registration.

"Before the introduction of bezahl.de, we had an entire DIN A4 page with overwhelming options for payment processing. This resulted in a lengthy, cost-intensive and non-transparent payment process for the customer and our employees. The many payment options alone led to many questions from the buyers, which cost my team a lot of time. With bezahl.de, the amount of work involved in making payments is much less, which is why the employees were pleasantly surprised by the new system.” The basis for customer satisfaction is the internal process in the dealership. Thanks to processes that are more efficient, faster and automated, end customers can benefit from smooth, convenient and digital payment processing. NX Technologies co-founder and CTO Ulrich Schmidt explains: “Every employee now has transparent insight into all receivables through bezahl.de. Everyone can see the live payment status in real time without having to ask the accounting department. In particular, thanks to the automatic allocation and booking of incoming payments, everyone in the dealership can now act much faster. The innovative all-in-one solution saves 70% of manual work in accounting.”


Europemobile gives top marks to bezahl.de

At Europemobile, the enthusiasm for pay.de is great. This is also due to the fact that negative prejudices against complex software solutions at bezahl.de have not come true. “Normally, not all functions are directly available in such systems, they still have to be integrated or they cost extra. That was not the case with pay.de. That too was a positive surprise for us.” The introduction went smoothly, as did the training of the employees to use the application. Florian Abfalter would definitely recommend pay.de because “all the promised features were delivered and the expectations of the product were exceeded. In the end, everything went smoothly and the cooperation with the bezahl.de team worked reliably at all times,” he says happily, looking at his success story with bezahl.de, which is far from over. As a precaution, he also informed Lasse Diener, co-founder and CEO of NX Technologies, that through Europemobile's large dealer network, other dealers will now also be aware of bezahl.de and approach the young, innovative team.
