bezahl.de automates the payment management of the Hülpert Group

The Hülpert group of companies can look back on a history rich in tradition. It was founded in 1914 under the name Hülpert & Müller and has been deeply rooted in the Ruhr area ever since. The brands of the Volkswagen Group have been a fundamental part of the Hülpert Group from the very beginning: in 1938, the company, which at that time consisted of only one location, received its first Volkswagen dealership contract. Since then, the group of companies has achieved impressive growth. With around 850 employees at thirteen locations, Hülpert currently sells vehicles from the brands Volkswagen passenger cars and commercial vehicles, Audi, Porsche, ŠKODA, SEAT and CUPRA.



High Administrative effort costs a Lot of time and money

The Hülpert group of companies has developed significantly over the past 100 years. With increasing sales figures and continuous growth, the internal administration costs related to payment also increased. "Before the introduction of bezahl.de, there was a lot of time for customers and employees," recalls Tatjana Milz, team leader at Hülpert in Unna. For the most part, the dealership salespeople were busy completing tedious administrative tasks instead of focusing on their customers and the sale. This included, among other things, constantly calling the accounting department to ask which vehicles could be delivered. In order to find and book incoming payments from customers, several accounts had to be queried - sometimes by different employees in the accounting department. Fully automated Integration into the System landscape

The successful integration of bezahl.de into the dealer management system easy-car-sales was an important factor for the Hülpert group of companies, since all steps of the sales process are handled with this system - from vehicle ordering to customer relationship management after the purchase. The close cooperation between the two companies resulted in an uncomplicated and seamless integration of bezahl.de into the infrastructure of the car dealership. The payment management platform runs fully automatically in the background of Hülpert's in-house systems and is therefore hardly noticeable to the employees of the car dealership. The advantages of the digital process, on the other hand, are unmistakable: real-time transparency of all receivables, automated payment allocation and intelligent receivables management save valuable time and money in the administrative process.
