We are pleased to welcome the third generation of trainees at NX Technologies GmbH

Since NX Technologies GmbH started in 2018 with just eight payment experts, the company has enjoyed steady growth. In the meantime, more than 90 employees from around ten countries are contributing to the innovative product bezahl.de, jointly setting new standards for payment management in the automotive industry. In order to meet its own high demand for new specialists, the startup began training its own junior staff in 2020. Cologne's headquarters are now training the third generation as IT specialists in the field of application development.

In the wake of NX Technologies GmbH being recognized as a training company in 2020, the Cologne-based company has already attracted three highly motivated trainees, who will be joined by Hesat Redzepi and Vatan Lüleci as of 01.08.2022. In their training as IT specialists for application development, they will not only learn the basics of coding (e.g. HTML, CSS and Javascript), but will also work on tickets for process verification and optimization. By gaining insights into different areas, such as project planning or the development department, they will be able to specialize and deepen their knowledge in a specific field of their choice.
