In addition to the rapid development of the product bezahl.de, the team around the two founders and managing directors Lasse Diener and Ulrich Schmidt is constantly growing. In 2020, the startup has grown threefold and now has over 45 employees. To secure the next generation of skilled workers, NX Technologies GmbH has had itself recognized as a training company and has already been able to recruit two highly motivated trainees. In an interview, they report on their experiences and impressions at bezahl.de:


How did you find pay.de?

Patrick & Siegfried: We became aware of bezahl.de through the job exchange of the Employment Agency.


What was your first impression of the company?

Patrick: My first impression was that I can be myself. The discussions were very open and the contact persons were very friendly. I felt right at home.

Siegfried: I was immediately involved in projects and was given a very friendly welcome by everyone in the team.


How do you like the team?

Patrick: I find the team to be very modern and open. Team building is a very high priority for us, which always makes you feel that you are in good hands. In addition, there are flat hierarchies that ensure that we work together at eye level.

Siegfried: The team behind pay.de is super progressive - "The future is here". I felt comfortable from the start. The only “challenge”: to turn off the salutation.


Do you want your work to stay the same or do you wish for changes?

Patrick: There is air conditioning and cold sparkling water, there is a good balance between school and work, and we are flexible in scheduling when the next phase of exams is due. What more do you want?

Siegfried: I can only agree with that!


How would you describe pay.de in three words?

Patrick: Efficient, open and helpful.

Siegfried: Transparent, understanding and trusting.


What is the biggest incentive for you?

Patrick: Getting a good feeling and the opportunities for further development. I want to give something back for the time invested in us.

Siegfried: I got a good induction and a good insight - so the decision to step on the gas was extremely easy for me.


Do you see your future at bezahl.de?

Patrick: Definitely yes!

Siegfried: Also yes! Even if you want to develop further in other areas, you will be supported and an attempt will be made to implement your wishes.


How do you like the larger office?

Patrick: It's a positive development because we're growing and the team behind pay.de is getting bigger.

Siegfried: It's a great feeling to see this positive development. You feel part of the growing bezahl.de family.
